Tapping in Potsdam

We got 400 put in Saturday, and hope for another 400 today. Then - Maybe 200 roadsides.

How's sap running in potsdam? The last few days have been pretty good here.

It's running like crazy here. We're still trying to get all the taps out, and gather and stockpile sap until I get the storage, feed tanks and evaporator cleaned. May have to sell the first couple gathers to get breathing room. Thankfully, it's still real cold at night. Sap is partially frozen and clear.

Ran out of 5 gallon buckets yesterday. We lost more when the house burned than I thought. Frantically scrubbing metal buckets and finding plastic liners.
