my waterloo 2x2 syrup pan has the drawoff/inlet on the front and back corners, since there is just one divider in the middle of the pan these drawoff/inlet ports are not centered in the channel, well after only about 10 gallons of syrup thru the pan i took it off to clean it before it go too bad. i was disapointed to see that in the corner between the divider and the port at the front corner there was a triangle of burnt niter there. the rest of the pan was barely nitered and cleaned up easy, but this corner was hard to clean and clearly burnt, its the corner where basicly the syrup doesnt flow into as drawing off. now i have been trying to kinda stir the syrup in and outa that corner hoping this doesnt happen again, but is there anything else i can do?
