I got the pans sweetened last night.Things went pretty well, I had a few glitches on a few things, once I got things dialed in (float, Ro ect.) things went without a hitch. It usually takes about 4 hrs to sweeten the pans but with the ro it only took an hour twenty min. but then the sap was gone. I made about a gallon. I didn't filter it yet, but it looks like dark A. Need more sap!! Good luck.

Done for the year,I finished up yesterday. Every thing went good no major break downs. I had to have the power co come and replace a 5k transformer to a 25 k transformer because of the Ro. Had to replace a 5.5 gas motor and replace a membrain in the Ro other than that every thing went good every thing is nearly cleaned up I still have Dads 2000 taps to wash I hope to get that done this week.
