I have 400 out of 900 tapped with about 120 gallons of sap in the tank which is headed down the drain. No sense letting it sit there a week since it is only about 1.7%. Will tap the others this Saturday with a rain jacket on . All vacuum pumps are out and hooked up and running. The new Airblo was easy. Just a little heavy dragging it through the snow alone. Looking forward to making some good syrup and lots of it.
