releaser not working

i have a gills benard double releaser that will not work. seems to have turbulance in tanks and the floats flood instead of floating and activating the releaser. have replaced the o rings on manafold and everything seems ok tripping by hand any ideas out there thanks jeff

so when it fills with sap the float doesnt come up ?

figured it out. come set up with the rockers towards the manafold instead of facing out. turned it around worked fine. something that simple
