I want to thank whoever it was that posted here about cleaning pans with Milkstone remover.
I went to the local Tractor Supply ( Canadian version ) and they gave me a product call MFA-400. Its a combination of phosphoric acid and detergents.
This stuff is great.
I used a flue brush with a thin strip of the semi-rigid packing foam that electronics devices are packed with. The foam carried the cleaner, at about a 50 - 50 mix, and the bristles on the flue brush applied just enough pressure when jammed into the flues to do the trick.
Thanks to whoever suggested this.
