Does anyone know the saying about the wind and the flow of sap?

wind from the West, sap flows best....wind from the East, sap flows least. Is that the one your looking for?

when it comes from the north it will come forth when it comes from the south its a drause (spelling)

Yes this is what is was looking for ,but how do you spell (Drause) from the south?

That would be; Wind from the East sap flows the least, sap from the West sap runs the best,Wind from the North sap flows forth, wind from the South sap has a drought

This is the way I've always heard it.

Nothing yet, but they have the temperatures of the trunk and branches whih is interesting. They will have sapflow going soon.
