Hello all you mapletraders. Been a while since I posted. Scaling back a bit this year only plan on making 15 gallons or so.

Still here in Troy but we just closed on 22 acres up in Acworth with lot of trees. We wont be living up there for a few years yet.

Scaling back from how many taps?

How many do you hope to have in Acworth? Are there a lot of maple's?
