i've acquired some equipment that i need to set up, somethings are missing and i have to build em, but have some questions that needs answers to help as i go.
1. from the flue pan steam rose up through baffles to heat sap in another pan above, the baffles are actually condensate catches. Does the only condensate occur on the bottom of the upper pan or is it a problem on the bottom of the drip pans or are they to warm for that ? as the steam heats this upper pan is there an outlet for it or is the conversion back to condensate complete? more questions to come, thank you. pelz
