does anyone have a lapierre cauldron they use for finishing? i was looking at it and it seems pretty nice. and would work much better than the homemade turkey fryer kettle we have now, and much easier to clean plus it has a port that allows for a thermometer. i figure it could be used over the current turkey fryer burner we have now, although it may hang over the side by about and inch or so.any thoughts would be great.jim
