Got all of my 110 taps in today. The sap was coming out of the holes before I could get the taps in! Moved the evaporator out of the garage and got it all leveled up. Got a big stack of wood next to the evaporator ready to go. With a little luck I'll be boiling on Tuesday. All I need now is some Yuengling and plug in the radio!! CAN'T WAIT!!!

Collected about 100 gallons tonight. Too many odds and end to take care of to boil. Tomorrow will be the beginning of hanging out in the back yard.

Jon, that's the way it is now-60 and raining. We are supposed to get some nasty storms in the next couple of hours so without a shack, tonight is canceled. Full tilt tomorrow no matter what!!!
