Stainless Prices

I remember in the nintys , evaporator companys at their spring sales saying stainless was going up 20% by fall , so if you want it , you'd better buy now, I saw this several years in a row ,but the price of stainless always stayed the same , the last five years its has been on a steady climb,but,apperantly China an't buying, the past three weeks the price has dropped 1/3rd, to the lowest in twenty years.
I would think come spring you could take your latest catalog, take a third off the price , that would be your buy early discount?

Yes, should be interesting to see what a set of new pans are going for in May. I think it's just a matter of cycling thru the current stock until pan prices start to drop.

Hopefully that will make all those new stainless storage tanks a little easier to swallow, i could really use 5 new ones!!!!!
