The NEOMP is hosting a pre season tune up event at Grossman Brothers Maple Products, on saturday feb. 14th 9-12 in the morning. we will talk about firing with wood and then we will fill the evaporator and talk about levels, different ways to run your fire, forced draft and then light it up and boil for a while using different types and qualities of wood. if any one is interested you can pm me or send an email through www.ohiomapleproducts.com
