# of firebrick

can someone tell me how many brick it will take to do a 3x12..........thanx

140 is how many sugar bush sold me when I bought my 3x12 from them. I didnt use them all. I didnt brick the bottom of the arch, just insulation board, and I bricked the sides.

It depends on height of arch and if it is a drop flue or raised flue.
