caseyssugarshack93: We ran about 750 taps on our 2x6 before we got the RO but we had the help of a "STEAMAWAY' Even with it we had marathon boils of 60 plus hours! With the steamaway we could only get 48 per hour.
Good Luck!

Might check with Bascoms or the classifieds in The Maple News.

I second the call to Bascom's. Last year at this time, I was looking for one. Bascom's was the only place that acted like they would even have one before the next season. They took my number, and David called me a couple weeks later when one came in. I was very happy.

Just to let folks know without a full fledged classified- I have been asked to broker a bunch of sugaring equipment from an estate- not sure of the size of the RO, but it was a good working unit 3 years ago. I've promised first shot at it to a guy from this site (Hi Jim!) but if he's not interested, any more takers? C'mon dont be shy!.................
