steam hood fabrication

Hello,
I am looking for plans for a steamhood for my back pan .The rig is a 2'x6' d&g . I hate to pay what the dealer wants for a hood. If possible some ideas /plans for a preheater would help out too. It's not to early to start getting ready for next year.

I am having an Amish to make me a fully customized stainless hood with a built in drip pan, stainless stack and stainless roof jack for around $ 500 +/-

He is in PA, so it might be a little far to drive, but you could probably get it shipped up if you can't find a better deal.
