has anyone herd of or has any done this carbonated sap to make a drink i fund it in a serch on the web

i have had a soda made from sap and also one made from syrup ..
we like to take some seltzer and pour some maple into it ...and my little trick as ad some heavy cream or half and half

We had carbonated syrup at the Maple confections work shop in Albion this spring. It was good.

I own a sharpening, and power tool repair business. A guy came in here a year ago who had a thick russian accent. He said he was from the ukraine. He said they dont make syrup. They tap maples, and sell the sap as a drink.

I ddint think there were any maples outside of the US

What we wont do to get a little maple fix. When I see fellow producers on the show INTERVENTION Im taking up fishing and I dont like fish.
