i have to do some work on my steam hood does anyone know of a good food grade epoxy that will take the heat and maybe where i could get it at

we have used the cambrige epoxy that you can use for bee-keeping. we used it for buckets- not sure about it in the heat...

Most steam hoods do not need to be sealed tight. The stack draft will draw in air thru any cracks. The only time we have any steam escape is when we close the stack draft on the steam hood.

i want to seal the drip channel around the inside of the hood at the corners to keep the water from going into the flue pan

Dont use epoxy it will crack and fall off use 100% high heat silicone
