Halfway to the 2009 Season! (almost!)

I was just thinking that 6 months from now I'll be itching to get out tapping. I usually start about mid to late February and we are almost there!!

I can't wait till September and I start framing my new sugarhouse...I'll bet Sugaring Fever will set in real bad after that!!
