Maple Judging Sheets

I'm trying to get everything lined up for the maple department for the upcoming Crawford County Fair and I need to find a judging sheet for maple fudge if anyone has one. A judging sheet for maple candy would probably be close, catagory wise, I just wondered if anyone had one specific to maple fudge.

the big criteria for judging fudge is, flavor, texture (not too grainy etc) color(black like molases,white)presentation.. That is what I have been told anyway.. Here is what VT says you should do for fudge.. (Use light flavored syrup. Fudge should be firm, not too hard or soft;should be able to be cut into squares. Watch for too many nuts, chopped too finely, or rancid flavor. Avoid recipees with too much butter. Remember, maple should be the prominent flavor)

Well I just wanted to let most guys know there are NO MAPLE TREES IN GERMANY! We arriveed today at approx. noon there time . I will keep you guys posted of the vacation from Frankfurt Germany
