I'm sure there's a few other maple producers out there with raspberries. Here's a great way to enjoy both!

MAPLE RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

1 c. raspberry vinegar (see recipe below)
1 c. olive oil
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well in mixer or food processor. Pour into 1 qt. bottle to store.

RASPBERRY VINEGAR

Fresh raspberries
White vinegar

Wash and drain berries. Loosely fill 1 qt. mason jar with berries to within 2 inches of top. Heat white vinegar until the first bubbles appear, then pour over raspberries and fill jar. Cover with screw-on top.

Store in dark cool place for 6 weeks. Strain vinegar through strainer (line with paper coffee filter if necessary). Pour into clean bottle.

When you give the list of ingredients you should always list YOUR product first. Look at recipes on any other commercial food product, they specify "our brand of X" as the first ingredient. Just makes good sense.
