Lapierre Releasers

can anyone tell me about the lapierre releasers, good things and bad.

We were happy with ours once we got some of the kinks ironed out. We've got a double vertical mechanical releaser. There was a minor flaw in how it was put together and after a few days it was dropping vacuum when it switched to one side. Turns out the interior flapper had come loose and fallen to the bottom of the chamber. A few hours of tearing it apart later we figured it out. As with most equipment from Quebec, better English instructions and trouble shooting guidelines would be appreciated. The flaw we had and fixed could have happened with anybody's releaser.
