Filtering C grade

Does anyone know if Bascoms or Goodrich requires C grade to be filtered? Could have sworn I read on here that some packers dont require C grade to be filtered. Thanks.

Just called Bascoms. The are paying $2.00/lb for commercial syrup and it does not have to be filltered. Also called Goodrich Maple Farm. They are paying $2.00/lb but will knock off between .05-.10 cents for unfiltered commercial syrup.
