Well, I guess that's it. 430 taps 105 gallons. Cleanup begins today. What would I have done without the help of family. I was ready to sell a load of sap more than once. But always managed to finish up what I had before next big run. Too much of a good thing at times. But I am left wishing I could do just one more boil. You might wonder how a guy would have time to make 105 gallons on a 2x6. My shoulder is broken so I have been out of work for the last 5 weeks. Fortunately, I had the tough stuff done when the sling went on. Like I said though...what would I do without the help of my family. Like many of us...I love to sugar, hunt deer and work on my woodpile. I think it's good to be a woodchuck. Thanks for the advice everyone. We get better at this every year don't we.

Til, next year.... I now yeild my sugarhouse back to the barnswallows, mice and the mountainbikes.
