Survey for local school

I got this e-mail and thought I would forward it along. It only takes a few minutes and they were pretty excited when I asked to post it here. Thanks.


The Pomfret School’s 3rd grade students located in Pomfret Vermont have been sugaring at their school for many years. This year’s 3rd grade students wanted to compare their school’s sugaring operation and data to other operations around the state and country. To do so they have created an online survey that is available at by clicking on Pomfret 3rd Graders Maple Sugar Survey at http://wcsu.net/pages/forteachers.html If you are willing to help them out the students would greatly appreciate it.

I'm in...the only one I had a hard time with was the cu inches of my evap- so I guessed the best I could

If I had flat pans it would have been easier to figure the cubic inches answer. The front pan was easy but the flue pan took and educated guess.
