Hi
I just finished bricking my Waterloo Small (19 x 36) evaporator yesterday. I made a small fire in it just to warm it up. Can someone please tell me how long I have to wait before I start boiling with a full fire???

With mine I fired them up very slow for about an hour, then very gradually increased the fire intensity until about 2 hrs had passed. Then I fired it full intensity. I saw no ill consequenses from doing this. By the time it had burned about 2.5 hrs the fire was raging full force. I did this in 2 different rigs.

I would say by now you should be good. We bricked our evaporator in January to be sure of dryness by February. But after a day or two you should be ok to boil full force.
