RIT Campus (Rochester, N.Y.)

I put up my three buckets on the RIT campus in Rochester on Monday and I'm in the process of finishing off my first pint of syrup here as we speak. It's certainly not as big an operation as when I'm home, but it'll have to do for college life ;) Hope everybody's doing well this year!

Watch out for "yellow" sap on the college campus after a Friday night of drinking.
