I have a pdf file that I have uploaded to my attachments area, but I can't figure out how to post it (It' a copy of the UVM sugar house plans that the extension emailed me last year)

Anyone know how to do this?

If this attachments area isn't functional is there another way to do it? I tried to do it through Photobucket but that doesn't seem to work either.

I have attempted to attach a little test pdf file.

Can you download it?

Maybe your file was too large for the type of file.

By hitting the following buttons in this order: Reply, manage attachments, choose file (then browse to your file and choose it), upload, submit reply.

Aahhhhh I think you were right the first time, the file is too big, the max allowed is 19.5 K and the file I wanted to post is 4.1 MB

They really limit the size of files you can attach to posts, I mean if we were allowed to attach any size the server that they would need to handle it would be huge.
I know it took me a little fiddleing when I tried to post my first pic as an attachment, but once I figured it out it doesn't take much to resize stuff to make it fit.
If you look, I think this is why alot of people on here use a seperate service to store pics, like photobucket, etc.

I have yet to try to post a pdf file so I am not sure how you can resize it to fit. I will have to try. If I find out how I will let you know wat I did.
