Good questions. I am sure some (lots) of foods have came and gone. This product is a unique natural product. Can you picture it being made 100 years from now? What would the system look like? Would folks be allowed to boil with a open fire using wood? What will replace R.O's. Will the RO be sub-compact and right at the tap using the warming sun to produce 15% sap at the tap hole?

I think it would surely be missed by many.Interest and consumption is on an upswing now with natural and locally produced foods becoming fashionable.Interesting question,what would everything taste like if we didnt have chicken?
