Had To Quit Friday. Everything Was Full. More Than Tripled Production And We Had To Finish Putting Syrup In "fruit Jars."
As We Took The Evaporator Pan (drop Flue 2 X 4) One Of The Flues Had A Large Hole In The End. The Hole Was Filled With Niter But Needs To Be Repaired. I Am Not An Accomplished Welder But The Flue Pan Seems To Be Made Of 22 Guage Anneald Stainless Steel And I Cannot Weld That. Any Ideas? The Hole (3/4 X 3/4) Is Right On The End Of The Flue And Was Probably Caused By Over Zealous Firing Of The Evaporator.
