Near diaster

So I am boiling yesturday got distraced for a few minutes when I check the pan the top of the flues are uncovered I hit the switch to kill the fire. Gotta love the ability to turn off the oil fire!! I do keep a flood bucket but the switch was closer.

This was a close call for sure!!!!!!!!!!
