RO Problems

We have an Airiblo 600 and have run into a problem. We started the unit up and flushed the preservative, washed the membrane per instructions. When we went to rinse the membrane after washing it, the prefilter pressure will not come up and the pressure pump will not stay on. It concentrates fine. Anyone out there had similar problems or have any suggestions. ???

It sounds like you have a air bubble stopping it from getting prime. You must have a bleeder on top of your filter cartridge, press it and see if it pushes any air out. Are all your valves on?

Other than what 802 said, I got a case of 5 micron prefilters that the sap would not go through unless with the high pressure pump. I returned that case, got another and have not had a problem like that since. So, it could be the prefilters .

Am I missing something or what? If it concentrates fine then the pressure pump has to stay on. Need more info.

It is fixed there was a problem with the feed pump.
