New to this forum but not to back yard sugaring. Been doing it for some 30 yrs now.
Currently in Claremont...don't have any trees, so tap a friend of mine in Newport.
This yr only 15 taps...use a home made stove with a 2x3 divided syrup pan...plus a 2x2 preheater pan on top.

Managed to get 1st quart done this morning..more in the pan, but will wait for next run............
