I no sooner tapped and I was loaded with sap. Three days of decent run from mon through wed and I ended up with 5.5 gallons of Fancy! Trees have stopped now but this coming week may be real good.
This sets a personal Feb record (with a little help from the leap year). Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
