I am looking to invest in a new vacuum system for the 2009 season but would like to do it soon as prices of everything seem to be on the rise. I was at Leader the other day and they have a flood vacuum system, gas powered with a moisture trap. I also went to Maple pro and they sell a Atlantic fluid pump vacuum system. Anyone know the difference between these vacuum pumps and which is the better of the two? I have also noticed a big difference in the price of releasers. All releasers were Gilles Bernard but the price variance was significant, as much as $400, any reason for this other than some companies are trying to make a quick fortune? I've never used vacuum so any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
