My set up this year is approaching 250 taps.
In real rough terms what is the cost to put in a gravity pipeline?
Given the undulating land I think I will have to collect to about 4 points. All the slopes are gentle and I think the trees per acre are pretty standard.

Brent, My guess would be $6-$8 per tap. Lets see what the experts say?
Chris
Went to an open house last weekend... producer had professionals come from out East to install tubing; said they usually charge $8-$12 per tap for labor and materials. The major variable is the amount of slope... steeper slopes = more $.
He supplied the materials, which he estimated between $5-$6 per tap. Variable there is space between trees (more tubing required).
