Humidity

I boil outside and for the last few days i haven't been anywhere near the evaporation rate i should/have been. I looked at the Humidity percentages and they ranged from 94-100% during that time period, i was wondering if this had anything to do with my low GPH rate? Is it counter productive for me to boil when humidity is that high?

It was raining yesterday when I was boiling and 100% humidity and my rate seemed really low too.

today the rate is better, as the humidity has dropped to around 80... i guess when the air is really saturated, the steam has no place to go and has a hard time leaving the evaporator.
