Solder them. Is your pan tin or stainless? I'd sugest you practice on something else before you try your pan. Get the right solder and flux and definately a iron,( I wouldn't use an open flame) and try it on scraps and then go for you pan

get some ss self taping screws and screw them into the holes the sap will seal the rest

when i had my old wood fired tin flue pan and it leaked beyond repair. i would cut up an old felt filter roll it up and push it into the flues where the holes were with a yard stick. and as the holes would sugar over bonding to the felt. would hold till you decide to clean the pan. then you would have to sugar the felt again.

some small bolts might work ,if you can get them in.

People have used that JB Weld Epoxy. They have both slow set and a quick set. You can solder with a open flame and get them to close up. Use scrap pieces of galvanized sheet metal and a good liquid flux.

well sodered them up but the pan was no good had like 100 holes. went and bought a new set.

Once they get thin they are very hard to solder. did you use an iron? If you use an open flame the heat is too much at once and will usually melt the metal, ending up aking the holes bigger or more of them. But atleast now you won't have to worry about lead in your pans.
