New woods,running gravity to 30 gal barrels. Would you run 7 taps to 1 barrel? Approximately 100 ft. of 5/16. Or should I just turn my head when I drive by those 4 trees?

It's worth tapping them but a 30 gallon barrel is overkill. a cooler or something half that size would work. Most good runs will get you 1-2 gallons per tap, lesser runs a half gallon.
