Does anyone get a few more sales this time of year?? I had 3 calls tonight wondering if I had any fresh syrup for "pancake tuesday"... Why can't pancake tuesday fall 1 month later?...lol

I was not aware of pancake tuesday, new one on me, A local church is having a fat tuesday pancake dinner and asked for a syrup donation.I thought it was to honor Hillary Clinton or something with the NY primary.I guess I am behind the times or have been blindsided by them.-SS
