Memprotec MiniPro 100 RO question

When we run the RO, The Permeat level shows almost to .5 GPM and the Concentrate is running at 3 GPM. Our Brix for the new sap runs about 1 1/2- 2 and after one run through the RO is only barely over 2. Our pressure never gets over 150 PSI. Is all of this normal for that unit? We feel like something isn't working properly and is there a way to adjust the PSI so it gets closer to 180? We've thought if we start around 2 Brix we should be a 4 after first run through. Any input would be helpful !!

You need to restrict your concentrate flow more and either get the pressure up or open the recirc valve so that your flow meters match (if you want to double your sugar concentration). Are you able to slow the flow of concentrate down by closing the valve more or is there something wrong with the valve?
