Hi all, I've had the same small Shurflo pump driving my 4 membrane RO for 7+ years - as I was prepping the system for use this season with some 3% peroxide, it cut out at some point and won't power back on.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting these things or should I just get a new one after this long?

I thought it might have been the solenoid sensor as the wires going in were looking a bit crispy but it still won't power on after I clipped that out. Maybe the transformer?

Hook it to a 12v battery and see if it click over

Possibly the diaphragm is sugared up and stuck. Can you break it down and clean or check the diaphragm.
If not, I’d say 7 years is not bad service and just get a new one.

I'll have to undo the clips but good idea.
