Holding Concentrated Sap in a Refrigerated Bulk Tank

Just bought a refrigerated bulk tank. I am looking to hold concentrated Sap and not boil as often. Does anyone have the article and/or the graph that was published in the Maple News Several years ago about temperatures to store concentrated Sap. It would be greatly appreciated.

Look at this thread Holding concentrate in a working bulk tank In it Dr Tim shows a graph of storage temps based on concentrate.
It is basically, a degree or 2 above where the concentrate starts to ice over.
