Evaporator divider spacing

My brother-in-law is all excited about a new pan he made. It is 21" wide by 60" long and 6-7" deep. How many dividers should he put in this pan? And what should the gap be at the ends? On a pan this large, should he have a draw off on each end to reverse flow or does it make any difference? Thanks guys.

My thought is put as many divides in as possible BUT not so narrow that you can't fit your dipper between them. I started out with a 2' x 8' Algier that way, it was hard to find a little dinky dipper to fit in between the divides.
