Last few years u used a cheap assed tilt bed garden trailer that i laid a 55 gallon drum in for sap hauling.
Last year i had the trailer tip over on my uneven trails with a full 55 gallons of sap.
the atv almost tipped over.
so i just build this last weekend.
I can now haul 55 gallons in the wagon and 35 gallons on the front rack.
That is about all this little 300 fourtrax can handle.

Looking good! It always amazes me what you can haul with a little wheeler like that.

This is what I have used made a grid work so that the buckets don't all slide around and get tippy on me. When its full the TRX 200SX say's its a load. I have a 300 4x4 that I blew out the rings this fall that I would normally use. If the Honda 200 can't handle the sap pulling duty I have a Foreman 450 but have to take snow plow off of it first.

Nice job with the trailer hauler. Be careful with that tank up front. That looks like a bath waiting to happen.

i used the front mounted tank last year after the trailer tipped over, no issues.

Boy I agree with being careful with the weight in front. If that front end goes down and hits something you could go over the handle bars. You don't have to be going very fast either. I know. Cracked rib is painful.

How hard does it steer with the front tank full? How much does the front end drop down?

I have a 300 4x4 and am hoping to be able to use it for sap gathering. Wont be this year as I blew out the engine but hoping for next year. I really like the 300 its super light and nimble for getting around in the woods. Though I usually make a trail with my foreman 450 that one has a nice winch mounted on top the front rack for when I get stuck just run that out to a tree close by and pull yourself foward and away you go.
