This is a fairly long video but by far the most comprehensive I (as a dumb DIYer who grew up boiling with buckets and a big iron cauldron) have found to date that outlines the entirety of a (5/16) tubing system install. What I especially like is that he doesn't show you elements, he talks through why they are done a particular way and how plus shows multiple ways to do each thing (for example, lateral hook fittings vs. slide locks).
