Tapped in Warren, 2/12/2023

We got everything tapped over the weekend. Found a broken pipe on our main storage tank that required a couple of hours to repair. Had some minor air connection issues with my lunchbox pumps. By the end of Sunday everything was working well. Now I need to put my transport tank in the truck and put our evaporator back together and we should be good to go (fingers crossed). We are WAY behind this year and the season looks iffy....hopefully all the scrambling pays off.

I think your weather must be about the same as mine. I'm at around 850 foot elevation. Looks like yesterday, today, and Weds should be excellent. Then a warmup, before a short cold snap on Friday should reset and recharge the trees for hopefully another run next week. Fingers crossed, but there should be plenty of season left (knock on wood).
