Started tapping on Sunday after the brief freeze up and finished up today. Everything is starting to break free and I’m already running out of storage. Every year I say I’m going to improve the storage situation snd it hasn’t happened yet! Big Swampy Sugar House is open for business!

Hope you have a great season! Hope the rest of the season is more normal than our winter has been, otherwise we'll be in the 70s and done with the season by mid March!

Thanks Berkshires! Wishing you the same as well. I’m looking forward to boiling on a real evaporator this year instead of the “devices” I’ve used in the past.
