More technical info

I recently got backyard Sugarin' and it's great, but I'm looking for something with more technical info. That book is Any suggestions?

I also started w/ the backyard sugarin book. Which was great, but I was still left with a thousand questions.

Get yourself a copy of the North American Maple Syrup Producers manual. It is a MUST have. You can get the book through most local maple associations, maple equipment dealers, or online.

I also second the North American Maple Syrup Producers manual.

It has alot more info than I will use right now but if I ever decide to go bigger or start to sell, it will be a big help.

It is almost as good as Mapletrader.com:D
