correction from yesterday

Last nite we came home and my wife and I physically counted everything it came out to 49 gal. to make a gal. which makes sense when I checked sap one time I had 2%. We miscounted in our book and had one gal extra Sorry for the mix up.Looks like we are done here anyway no freeze ups for next seven days. Good Luk and God Bless to everyone....................

If your ratio was 49/1, your sap sugar % was not 2%, at 2% it is 43/1, if you ended up with proper density syrup and if you spill no sap or syrup in the process.
